Woolrich has just unveiled a new line to come from its Outdoor umbrella and each piece has been created to fit into a minimalist wardrobe, while still being functional in its outdoor requirements and uses.

As a whole, each garment from the capsule has been crafted using the best fabrications for life in the great outdoors. For example, the use of GORE-TEX fabrics offers complete protection against heavy rain and wind, while each member of the line is also designed with technical detailing at its core; through heavy-set zippers, various pockets, and breathable fabrics that allow for easy hiking across the harshest of terrains.

The overall inspiration for the collection taps into the idea of a quiet life. From camping and bird watching to hiking and fishing, the capsule has been designed with the fewest products possible, yet they’re all still functional enough to be worn for any occasion. A collection highlight comes in the form of the Light Overshirt which has been designed as a breathable piece, while also being water and wind resistant.

The streamlined silhouette also features a classic pointed collar and button closure, while the look is complemented with matching bottoms to complete the set. Finished with an elasticated drawstring waistband, the trousers are also hit with belt loops, two front pockets, and two buttoned back pockets.

Meanwhile, new leisure garments are included, too. The Mountain Hoodie has been crafted in a water-absorbant, quick-drying, and abrasion-resistant blend of cotton fleece and Cordura nylon. It’s also finished with a drawstring hood and a hidden mesh zip pocket for added ventilation. A High Aeration Cardigan is then used to complete the collection and this is crafted in a double-weaved stretch ripstop fabric.

You can take a closer look at the new collection from Woolrich above and it is available to shop via the brand’s official website now.
