SZA has officially nabbed her first No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart with “Kill Bill.”

The lauded SOS track jumped from No. 4 with a total of 86.5 million radio airplay audience impressions, 28.3 million streams and 5,000 downloads during the week of April 14 to April 20, and was sparked by the recently-released remix featuring Doja Cat. It previously spent eight non-consecutive weeks at No. 2 after debuting at No. 3, and ties the record for the second-most weeks spent at No. 2 on the chart before moving up to the top spot.

“Kill Bill” marks SZA’s seventh entry in the top 10, which includes “Kiss Me More” with Doja Cat, “I Hate U,” “All The Stars” with Kendrick Lamar, “Good Days,” “What Lovers Do” with Maroon 5 and “Nobody Gets Me.”

Meanwhile, her sophomore studio effort SOS currently sits at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 and has spent a total of 10 weeks at No. 1 since its release in late 2022. It also recently went double platinum after only being out for four months.

Elsewhere in music, Frank Ocean’s cancelled Coachella 2023 weekend two set reportedly costs millions of dollars.
