As a whole, the new capsule is a representation of Norse Project and Le Minor’s joint love for the seas that land on the borders of Copenhagen, Denmark, and Brittany, France. Additionally, this new collaboration also celebrates Le Minor’s 100th year as a fashion entity as the brand continues to produce its high-quality garments in its home of Brittany.
Throughout Le Minor’s century-long history, the label has earned a stellar reputation for its Breton-styled cotton striped tops and wool jumpers — and its latest link-up with Norse Projects taps into the Breton style, but through Norse Project’s minimalist Nordic lens.
The collection starts with an updated fisherman knit which is crafted from pure wool. Titled the Holger, the pull-over is a revitalized version of Le Minor’s classic marinière jersey, however, this new installment comes in updated colorways. Meanwhile, the collection is rounded off with a pack of beanies in three different colors with minimalistic co-branding integrated throughout.
