Kendrick Lamar's 'The Big Steppers Tour' Becomes Highest-Grossing Rap Tour In History
Beating the record previously held by Drake.

After becoming Spotify‘s most-streamed rap album of 2022, American artist Kendrick Lamar has broken the record for the highest-grossing rap tour in the genre’s history. Previously held by Drake, Lamar’s The Big Steppers Tour — which ran throughout the late months of 2022 in the US, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand — has generated over $100 Million USD in revenue.
According to Touring Data, the rapper’s The Big Steppers Tour sold a total of 929,000 tickets across 73 shows and earned a staggering $110.9 Million USD. The tour came after the release of Lamar’s highly-anticipated fifth studio album Mr. Morale and the Big Steppers, supported by pgLang’s Baby Keem and Tanna Leone.
Kendrick Lamar’s record-breaking tour now sits at first place, topping Drake’s Aubrey & the Three Migos , Drake and Future‘s Summer Sixteen, and Kanye West and Jay-Z‘s Watch the Throne tour.
