The Jordan Brand continues to pay homage to the University of North Carolina with a release of an all-new “Black/University Blue” colorway for its classic Air Jordan 1 Low. The low-top everyday shoe comes after Jordan Brand released a set of PEs for UNC Football and an on-feet look at the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG “UNC Toe” has surfaced.

The upcoming Air Jordan 1 Low sees the traditional black and university blue color blocking take form in a different rendition. With this particular pair, the UNC signature blue lands as the shoe’s base, all the way to the mesh tongues, ankle collar, Swoosh and heel branding. Black leather highlights the panels, while laces and the inner mesh lining match in the same classic black. The classic Air Jordan logo is stitched in black on the heels, while the Jumpman logo is accented on the tongue and insoles. The shoe sits atop a white midsole and a university blue rubber outsole to round out the design.

There has not been an official release date for the upcoming Air Jordan 1 Low “Black/University Blue.” Stay tuned for more information.
