The film has received glowing reviews and an A CinemaScore from the audience. The film was shown in 3,855 theaters domestically and in 71 international markets. The international crowd raked in $64 million USD fo the film, pushing its global opening weekend number to $137.5 million USD. The fourth sequel has quickly surpassed the third film, the 2019 John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum‘s $56.8 million domestic opening.
