Fall Out Boy To Tour Forthcoming ‘So Much (for) Stardust’ LP This Summer
Celebrating the rock band’s first album in five years.
Fall Out Boy has announced a tour in support of their forthcoming album, So Much (For) Stardust. The rock band shared that they’ll be putting out the follow-up to 2018’s Mania last month and shared the project’s lead single “Love From The Other Side.”
Beginning in June, the tour will commence in the band’s home state of Illinois at the famed Wrigley Field. They’ll then make their way to the Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre in Maryland Heights, Missouri and the Azura Amphitheater in Bonner Springs, Kansas.
Ensuing stops on the tour include Dallas, Phoenix, Los Angeles and Salt Lake City. Although this tour only seems to span the U.S., FOB will deliver one show at Summer Sonic 2023 in Japan at the end of August. It’s possible that the band will still announce future shows in Europe and elsewhere sometime down the line.
The follow-up to 2018’s Mania, So Much (For) Stardust is slated to drop on March 24 and will see the band reunite with their longtime producer Neal Avron.
“Our band has been an ongoing art project for twenty years and we know there have been many inception points along that journey,” bassist Pete Wentz said. “We wanted to create an album that merged those points together – something new, but carved from our foundation.”
