Adding to the love behind the game, Sony and Insomniac Games shared that Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 will be receiving an update next year. The release notes that the PlayStation-5-exclusive is set to receive a free update that will add highly requested features.

Noting that the big update still requires “more testing” to “ensure the quality is up to standards,” Incomniac noted that a plethora of features are coming. Although nothing has been confirmed, a full list of what will be added will come closer to the release of the update.

Aside from the “New Game+” feature, some additions expected include the ability to change the time of day, replay specific missions, and customizable visuals with select suits and forms.
