Professor.E Explores Evocative Duality With FW23 Collection

A striking balance of glamor and depression.

Returning for Fall/Winter 2023, Professor.E has put together a seasonal collection that explores evocative duality. The latest range from the standout Taiwanese label builds on its established aesthetic language while striking a balance between glamour and depression.

Aside from its developed usage of prints and patterns, pleats and lines run prominently throughout the collection. Highlighted through a scattered yet orderly three-dimensional sense by color combinations. Designs are convertible to take on multiple forms in an understanding of versatility.

Womenswear from Professor.E this season introduced weaving, and multi-layer stitching, echoed by the heterogeneous splicing of layering. While silk scarves, shawls, and other accessories deliver an element of completeness in outfitting. Finally, the “Forgotten Materials” series utilizes hand-made plant dyeing, painting, rubbing, and extremely experimental rust dyeing to develop unique texture. Paired with high-quality deerskin and corduroy fabrics to continue the intriguing feel and look of the line.

Check out the range above and shop select items from the FW23 collection now on Professor.E’s website.
