USM Modular Furniture Releases Special-Edition Olive Green Furniture
Four striking pieces, designed to “blend seamlessly into any design style” and “[harmonize] with any other color.”
USM Modular Furniture‘s beloved Haller storage systems come in a compelling cornucopia of dashing colors — from vibrant yellow to stark black and cool grey — but now the company is adding a new hue to their lexicon: olive green. A special-edition shade that’s being used across the company’s familiar credenza, media console, storage unit and serving cart, the new olive green strikes what USM calls a “perfect balance between warm and cool tones” that can “[blend] seamlessly into any design style.”
Each piece is built from powder-coated steel and chrome-plated steel tubes, and is fully modular thanks to the solid steel spheres that connect its tubes, meaning you can add or subtract from your unit to fit your storage or display needs. “With USM, you get to be the designer,” Jon Thorson, the managing director of USM Modular Furniture in North America told Hypebeast in USM’s Behind the Hype feature. “You’re completely in the driver seat and you can create something completely original and unique to your needs.”
