Egypt and Arsenal defensive midfielder, Mohamed Elneny, has created his own football academy, looking to nurture young football talent for those between the ages of 16 to 25.

Professional footballers are often looking to provide opportunities for up-and-coming talent. For example, Wilfried Zaha has recently set up a football academy, while former Manchester United, Real Madrid, LA Galaxy, AC Milan, and PSG star, David Beckham, has established an academy — which Harry Kane once attended — to offer a new route into the professional game.

Now, Arsenal’s Elneny has launched his own academy — titled the Elneny Football Club. The academy will provide best-in-class training with Elneny — who currently has a UEFA B license — along with first and senior team opportunities, training, post-match video analysis, as well as access to elite footballing development pathways.

Additionally, Elneny, the two-time AFCON runner-up and FA Cup winner, announced the launch by encouraging those interested to join the academy via its official website.
