FKA twigs Scraps New Music Releases After 85 of Her Demos Leak

FKA twigs announced that she will not be releasing new music any time soon after she was the target of a hack that resulted in the leak of dozens of her demos.
The British artist took to social media to confirm the unfortunate news, sharing a screenshot of some of the titles of the 85 demos that were stolen and released without her permission. “i got hacked,” she wrote. “no new music for a while now.”
twigs’ last full-length studio album dates back to 2019’s MAGDALENE, which was inspired by her breakup with Batman star Robert Pattinson and was named as one of the best releases of 2019 by several publications. She did, however, release her mixtape Caprisongs in 2022, and was joined by Pa Salieu, The Weeknd, Shygirl, Dystopia, Rema, Daniel Caesar, Jorja Smith and Unknown T.
