adidas Originals Unveils Its All-New Torsion Super Silhouette
Crafted from a mix of nubuck and suede overlays.
adidas Originals has just presented its newest silhouette to its footwear roster: the Torsion Super — and it’s now available in two colorways of “White” and “White/Black.”
It’s no secret that adidas’ Torsion line has been packed with innovative and unique designs since it was introduced to the adi family. For example, recent designs have come in the form of Torsion TRDC, KC, and more, all of which serving the purpose of being functional everyday shoes, whether that’s as a high or low-top in either vibrant or understated colorways.
Now, this all-new Torsion Super sneaker appears to take inspiration from the ZX series with a sleek rubber outsole and technical grid-pattern mesh weaves. The “White” version of the sneaker features splashes of light “Aqua” and pink across its customary Three Stripe branding and heel tab, while it is also crafted with a mix of nubuck and suede overlays. Furthermore, a pink lace jewel displays the classic torsion technology — this can be located under the foot.
Additionally, the “Black/White” edition is more of the same, however, shades of black hit the lateral Three Stripe, toe box, and lower heel sections. Rounding things off, speckles of blue are added to the Originals branding on the tongue, and above and below the suede paneling on the lower lateral.
