With Chinese New Year just around the corner, many luxury Houses are gearing up for the festivities with special-edition capsules that celebrate the Year of the Rabbit. Now, following on from the likes of Gucci, AMBUSH®, and The North Face, Moschino enters the chat with its Warner Bros. collaboration, tapping a familiar friendly face — Bugs Bunny.

Under the creative helm of Jeremy Scott, Moschino delves into American pop culture for a unisex collection comprising 23 items. From House classics like the Biker Bag to pleated skirts, knitted cardigans and essential T-shirts, the collection completely revolves around the Warner Bros. universe, putting Bugs Bunny at the fore.

For example, Bugs Bunny takes over the Biker Bag — his ears sticking out and above high in Moschino’s typically playful manner. Likewise, his face becomes the entirety of another bag, while he also appears on a cute love heart iteration fit for not just Chinese New Year, but perhaps an early Valentine’s Day present.

Aside from accessories, the capsule includes leather biker jackets adorned with Bugs Bunny in a love heart-shaped-ode to the Looney Tunes opening logo, while jumpers and hoodies see the rabbit pull himself out of a magician’s hat. Likewise, he’s seen laying down on top of the Moschino logo, and works alongside chains on a rather baroque-like selection of garments.

Moschino’s Chinese New Year capsule collection can be seen in the lookbook above, and those wanting to get their paws on it can shop the collection online and in stores globally now.

In other news, Dior and ERL’s “California Couture” collection is dropping this week.
