Jean Paul Gaultier Reveals Archive-Inspired “BURN” Collection
Inspired by the French designer’s SS/99 and FW/01 collections.

Whether it be sculptural garments or bodycon mesh pieces, Jean Paul Gaultier has found the harmony between craftmanship and sexy styles. Now, the French label is passing the heat along to its new exclusive “BURN” collection with Dover Street Market.
The forthcoming collection digs into the Jean Paul Galtier archives – pulling inspiration from the French designer’s Spring/Summer 1999 and Fall/Winter 2021 collections. What “BURN” then presents is a 23-piece offering filled with biker-inspired leather jackets, multicolored statue print dresses, motorcycle-inspired casual sets, knitwear, tops, pants and accessories.
To bring the biker aesthetic to life, JPG enlisted stunt performer Bike Samaca for an accompanying short film. Take a look at the gallery above for a peek at the offering. Jean Paul Gaultier’s “BURN” collection drops on Friday, January 13 exclusively at Dover Street Market.
