Teal and Rose Land on the New Balance M1500 and M991
Two complementary colorways join the Made in UK lineup.
New Balance continues to expand its Made in UK lineup with two new colorways landing on the M1500 and M991 respectively. This time around, shades of rose pink, teal and gray serve as the primary colors in these looks.
Starting with the M1500, New Balance’s signature mixed material approach lands on the upper, featuring leather, textile and various suedes. Its color arrangement begins with teal at the mudguard and rose throughout the tongue. Black outfits the collar while neon green branding hits the heel and a shaggy navy suede covers the heel counter. White and gray occupy the remainder of the sneaker with hints of black at the rubber outsole. As for the M991, a similar approach is employed with matching materials including teal on the textile base, neon green accenting the heel, rose at the tongue and midsole jewel and navy on the heel counter’s hairy suede. A muted mint green towards the heel of the midsole combines with white towards the midsole’s toe, gray on the upper’s various overlays and black on the rubber outsole to complete the look.
Release for both sneakers is scheduled to take place via select retailers such as 43einhalb on September 28 at 6pm EDT. The M1500 will be available for €210 EUR (approx. $211 USD) while the M991 is priced at €230 EUR (approx. $231 USD).
