Pharrell and adidas Unveil a New NMD Hu Animal Print "Amber" Colorway
Wild Flintstone-esque PrimeKnit uppers are seated next to dark blue cages, green liners and more.

Other than Ye, Pharrell Williams has arguably been one of the adidas‘ most impactful creative partners. He’s lent his creative touch to classical silhouettes and cooked up new ones, one being the adidas NMD Hu that has been a focus for the multi-hyphenate throughout 2022. The model has been introducing a handful of “Animal Print” colorways, and the latest to be brought to the table is this newly-unveiled “Amber” iteration.
The most enticing feature of these lifestyle sneakers is the patterned PrimeKnit upper. Like its predecessors, a Flinstone-like cheetah pattern wraps a majority of the top half and comes backdropped with its titular tone. Seated next to these elements are heightened heel overlays and midsole cages that attach to the lateral and medial sides, which are given a dark navy paint job, as well as bold, flecked orange laces spiced up with bold blue lace tips. Additionally, the interior liners are devised with a green tone and the exteriors of the BOOST cushioning are dialed to a golden hue for added playfulness.
Parties interested in picking up a pair can find these releasing on September 17 via adidas and select retailers.
