Renowned for its classic timepieces, Glashütte Original has been developing watches for the last two centuries with its traditional, German-born craftsmanship. Now, the heritage watchmaker turns its focus to outdoor watches, as it releases the SeaQ Chronograph.

Marking the first diver Chronograph in the brand’s Specialist collection, the new timepiece presents a considered combination of style and performance. It boasts 30 bar waterproof, meaning the watch can be worn safely when cycling in the rain, swimming, diving and other outdoor adventures. Powered with Caliber 37-23 automatic movement, Glashütte Original continues to retain the same precision of its high-quality watches.

Up to 95% of the SeaQ Chronograph movement is made in Germany with its filigree dial crafted entirely in house. Upon the PVD blue dial, rhodium-plated numbers and a bold set of hands with Super-LumiNova® become the statement of the piece. The new watch arrives with an assortment of strap options including a classic stainless steel, rubber and more sustainable synthetic fabric made from recycled fishnets – a conscious reference to the seas.
