Take a Closer Look at a Sample eBay x Nike SB Dunk Low
With a design that honors the late Sandy Bodecker.

One for the history books, the Nike SB Dunk Low Pro “Charity” looks to be returning in a look that pays homage to its original release. Known as the “eBay” colorway, one pair was auctioned off to benefit the Tim Braunch Foundation in 2003. The sample associated with it was then destroyed into four pieces while a secret third pair would later be gifted to the late Nike legend Sandy Bodecker.
This sample of the upcoming eBay x Nike SB Dunk Low strays away from the original’s color palette. However, it is worth noting that this is not necessarily how the release pair will end up looking. The four sections of the shoe are connected by a transparent material, referencing the original “Charity” Dunk’s destroyed sample pair.
Release information remains vague with the Bodecker Foundation alluding to an upcoming project that involves eBay and the Nike SB team on Instagram. It’s possible a release of the eBay x Nike SB Dunk Low will be held later this year via Nike to support the Bodecker Foundation. Stay tuned for more information as we await an official announcement from the Swoosh.
