Kodak Black and French Montana Are Teaming Up for a Joint Album
Announcing the news on social media.
Kodak Black and French Montana are no strangers to collaboration. Over the years, the two artists have worked together on several projects, beginning with DJ Khaled’s “Pick These H**s Apart.”
In 2019, Black and Montana appeared on “Lockjaw” together and last year, Black was featured on Montana’s fourth studio album, They Got Amnesia, on the track “Mopstick.”
This year, the frequent duo will be joining forces once again to create an entire album.
“Me and French Montana gon’ f***ing around and drop an album soon,” Black said on Instagram Live.

Montana then confirmed the news by reposting the clip of Black on Twitter, writing that the joint album is “coming soon.”

In another part of the Live, Black also said that he had been in the studio with Lil Uzi Vert.
“Me and Lil Uzi, we be on some s****, like, we might drop an EP soon,” he said. Black offered little additional information on what that project may be, and fans have yet to hear anything about the potential collaboration from Vert.
In other music news, The Game has postponed his Drillmatic album.
