Budweiser Taps New York Sunshine for Iconographic Capsule Collection

Featuring sweatshirts, jerseys, T-shirts and more inspired by the Budweiser can.

Following its collaborative capsule with VERDY‘s Wasted Youth imprint last month, Budweiser has recruited art collective and clothing brand New York Sunshine for a logo-heavy apparel collection.

The collaboration, which highlights Budweiser’s renowned iconography as well as New York Sunshine’s Install Team and Hardwood Fishing Team labels, arrives with five pieces that merge the distinctive styles of both brands. Among the range, the Budweiser Invitational Long-Sleeve emblazons a red-tinged image of a school of fish under its iconic “King of Beers” phrase; and, in a similar fashion, the King of Beers Fishing Team T-Shirt smacks a stunning swordfish emblem over the aforementioned slogan.

Elsewhere in the capsule, the King of Beers Jersey arrives in all-red with white branding, and the Budweiser Install Team Sweatshirt boasts a simpler design concept, with only the beer company’s logo and gear motif on its back. Rounding out the lineup is the Budweiser Captains Hat, which dons matching logo work and honors the “Bluefin Invitational” in red lettering.

The New York Sunshine x Budweiser collection will be available to shop on New York Sunshine’s webstore on Thursday, August 18, at 12 p.m. ET. Prices range from $40 USD to $195 USD. Take a look at the collection in the gallery above.
