Stars Hit the adidas T-Mac 1 "Royal Blue"
Nodding to Tracy McGrady’s time with the Orlando Magic.
adidas and NBA Hall of Famer Tracy McGrady have a storied history of signature shoes and retro looks. Recent releases have included a Toronto Raptors-themed T-Mac 3 and the return of the T-Mac 1 “All-Star.” Now, the T-Mac 1 continues to make noise in 2022 with yet another colorway of the 20-year-old silhouette.
Arriving in a bold “Royal Blue,” this colorway of the adidas T-Mac 1 celebrates McGrady’s four seasons with the Orlando Magic. The two-tone look begins with the forefoot of the synthetic upper in “Cloud White.” Its signature blue then outfits the remainder of the upper as thematic detailing and branding elements accent its appearance. This includes darker shades of blue covering the stars, the Three Stripes hitting both sides, a “1” at the lateral heel, adidas logo on the tongue in “Matte Silver” and T-Mac 1 branding on the heel. Various linework supports the look while Adiprene+ cushioning, a Torsion System underfoot and Supergrip rubber outsole provide court-readiness.
