Nintendo Adds to the ‘Kirby’ Franchise With ‘Kirby’s Dream Buffet’ for Nintendo Switch
Coming to the console this summer.
Nintendo is introducing a new addition to the Kirby series. Available on the Switch, Kirby’s Dream Buffet will launch on the Nintendo eShop sometime this summer.
The game challenges up to four players to race against one another to get to a massive cake first. Rather than driving cars, however, the colorful Kirby-like characters roll to the finish line, dodging ice cream cones and other obstacles along the way.
A gameplay trailer shared by Nintendo shows players navigating through the course, picking up bonuses and taking one another down.
In March, Nintendo debuted Kirby and the Forgotten Land for Nintendo Switch, a 3D open-world platform adventure title.
