Polestar Partners With Allebike to Create the Perfect Swedish-Designed Mountain Bike

Polestar is proving that it’s more than just a premium electric car brand, as it doubles down on its sustainable KOJA treehouse with yet another product, this time around turning its hand to bicycles. Specifically, Polestar has teamed up with a fellow Swedish company, Allebike, to produce its take on a mountain bike.

Limited to just 100 units, the full-suspension mountain bike is the perfect execution that marries Polestar’s minimal aesthetic with Allebike’s technical know-how. In turn, the Allebike Alpha Polestar Edition acts as your EV’s key companion, getting you around on two wheels were four wheels can’t.

It manages tough terrain thanks to its design, which is built for the down-country class approach to cycling. It uses a custom-made, light-weight, rigid carbon-fiber-reinforced polymer for the frame that enables it to stay intact no matter what is thrown at it, while Öhlins dampers with 130mm of travel at the front and 120mm at the rear will offer the best performance up or downhill.

Each handbuilt bike also comes with a specially-positioned upright seating position that is aimed to help you climb, while special liveries — matte “Snow” and matte “Space” — will match your Polestar car, especially with the “Swedish Gold”-painted dampers.
