2022 marks the 40th year of the Air Force 1 and Nike has not held back in celebrating this milestone. Between an unprecedented Louis Vuitton x Nike Air Force 1 collection and general releases, the silhouette has seen all types of looks in celebration of its 40th anniversary. Now, the Air Force 1 Low is outfitted in a “Los Angeles” themed colorway as part of the Air Force 1’s “Anniversary Edition” pack of releases.

Landing in “Racer Blue/University Blue-White,” this take on the Air Force 1 Low finds itself covered in thematic patches. While “Racer Blue” lands on the canvas upper alongside “University Blue” Swooshes, each shoe features Nike designs both old and new throughout. References to Los Angeles stand out as the focal point of the upper, including one which names the coastal neighborhood of San Pedro. An “Anniversary Edition” tongue combines with white at the trim, laces and sole unit to complete this celebratory look.

A release date for the Nike Air Force 1 Low “Los Angeles” has not been announced yet. However, expect Nike and select retailers to have this pair available at a price of $150 USD.
