A Bold Volt/Black Colorway of the Nike Zoom MMW 5 Clog Surfaces
Adding to the two tonal colorways seen earlier.
A new colorway of Matthew M Williams‘ take on the clog has just surfaced. As part of his ongoing partnership with Nike, the Nike Zoom MMW 5 was first unveiled at the Spring/Summer 2023 1017 ALYX 9SM runway show and sees two-piece molding that separates the black outsole from the Volt uppers.
The Volt uppers feature a textured circular pattern that is reminiscent of Oakley’s logo while a small Swoosh and MMW logo can be found at the top of the foot. The foam uppers also have three large windows for airflow and multiple smaller holes at the heel for proper water drainage.
This futuristic take on the clog is finished with the circular motif appearing at the bottom as a tread pattern, a squared-off toe, windowed tabs at the lateral side, and a special dust bag.
Expect these to drop sometime in the fall.
