With the 2022 FIFA World Cup coming up in Qatar, many fans are planning their stays at neighboring countries including the UAE, Iran, Kuwait and more in order to travel back and forth during the season. Hoteliers across Dubai are seeing an increase in room bookings with many leading to full capacity.

With this, Dubai is set to launch its first football-theme hotel in November to accommodate the influx of fans heading to the city. The NH Dubai The Palm includes 533 rooms as well as a sports bar located on the tree-shaped, man-made island, Palm Jumeirah.

“There will be international fans who are coming to this region for the first time, so being in a relaxed environment with other like- minded individuals in a stunning location on The Palm should make this an enjoyable and unforgettable holiday”, executive director of Expat Sport.
