Grace Ladoja‘s Lagos-based movement HOMECOMING has transcended more than just festival traditions, “igniting new cultural conversation and creative development in Africa, starting in Nigeria.” Now, the platform announces its digital expansion which starts with a new collaborative merchandise drop, tapping previous collaborators and some new names for an array of T-shirts, jewelry and even a pair of Mephisto sandals made in collaboration with Patta.

The latter brand has worked with HOMECOMING on a tee that captures the Nigerian flag worked into the country’s shape sitting superimposed with Patta’s signature branding. More tees come in the form of a new AMBUSH collab, as well as ones made with Awake NY, Ashluxe, Daily Paper, Cactus Plant Flea Market, Free the Youth, Post Imperial, Motherlan and more.

Standout tees include Off-White™‘s “I SUPPORT YOUNG BLACK BUSINESSES” offering and Stüssy‘s “One World, One Love, Gidi Life, Forever Shine, United we Stand” tee, also sporting the signature Stüssy branding throughout.

Sitting alongside this are the aforementioned HOMECOMING x Patta x Mephisto “Nigeria” sandals, as well as silver and gold spell-out necklaces made with Yoon Ahn‘s AMBUSH.

Per HOMECOMING, the four-day festival “brings African creatives and creativity back to Africa and gives African creatives what they need to take their vision to the world.” You can shop the collection online now, and find out more information about the festival there too.

In other news, Gucci has been crowned the world’s hottest brand for Q2 2022.
