Following an official reveal of the artist’s special-edition olive green 2002R, another pair of Bryant Giles x New Balance 2002R Mules have now emerged. Sporting a laceless design, the mules feature durable canvas, suede, and mesh uppers with colorful illustrations of facial features seen from different angles.

Distinct elements of the shoe include a perforated suede panel and an oval-shaped New Balance Running logo in place of the traditional lace unit. Velcro “N” logos on the laterals are placed on the laterals and insoles feature mismatched artworks from Giles’ recent “What Now?” series that debuted at the Miami Art Basel. Rounding out the design are NB’s classic NERGY soles equipped with ABZORB SBS cushioning.

To highlight his debut collaboration with New Balance, Bryant Giles releases a video that showcases the new offerings and celebrates his journey thus far. “Thank you to everyone who was a part of this next chapter of my life. In every capacity. I can’t put into words what this journey has been other than, what now?” Writes Giles in the description.

Look for the joint project between Bryant Giles and New Balance to arrive release this later month and sign up for early access on the gone homme website.
