First Look at the adidas UltraBOOST DNA 5.0 “Cloud White”
A nod to the classic “Triple White” colorway from years past.
The sneaker world experienced a seismic shift in 2015, when adidas debuted its now iconic UltraBOOST silhouette. Thanks in part to Kanye West who was spotted rocking the “Triple White” colorway in May of that year, a suite of tasteful collaborations would come to follow — with YEEZY, Pharrell Williams, Yohji Yamamoto and Stella McCartney leading the pack.
Going back to the early days, the most simple color palettes of the UltraBOOST 1.0 were incredibly hard to find. As the summer months roll in, the Three Stripes will sport the adidas UltraBOOST DNA 5.0 in an almost exact match of the coveted “Triple White” iteration.
Made with recycled plastic by Parley for the Oceans, the runner features an all white primeknit upper, matching cage and heel counter, with the innovative BOOST technology sitting atop a black rubber outsole.
