Prodrive Crafts a $560,000 USD Subaru Impreza WRX Restomod
Limited to just 25 made.
British motorsports expert Prodrive has now crafted a limited-edition Subaru Impreza WRX restomod dubbed the “P25.” Based on the very original Japanese two-door model of the Impreza WRX, the automotive workshop gives the car a welcome update to modern specifications, packing it with Subaru’s latest 2.5-liter flat-four boxer engine that works in tandem with a six-speed sequential gearbox and all-wheel drive, a turbo anti-lag system and WRC-derived launch control to push out 400 horsepower and 442 pound-feet of torque.
0-62 mph comes in at just 3.5 seconds, while other performance upgrades include an AP Racing twin-plate clutch and brakes, a Garrett motorsport turbo coupled with a high-performance intercooler and airbox, MacPherson struts, dampers from Bilstein, and Akrapovic titanium and stainless steel exhaust, and carbon composite body panels all across the exterior body in parts such as its hood, roof, trunk, rear wing and bumpers.
Limited to just 25 made, Prodrive’s P25 Subaru Impreza WRX restomod will go for roughly $563,483 USD. You can learn more over on the company’s website.
Elsewhere in the automotive world, a one-off Ferrari Enzo “Bianco Avus” is up for auction.
