Nike Adds a New Desert Colorway Air Huarache to Its Next Nature Series

Following a number of renditions over the past couple of months, Nike whips up another Air Huarache in tones of tan and olive to join the brand’s Next Nature lineup. The latest edition tails recent debuts of performance footwear such as the Mercurial Vapor and Pegasus Turbo to build on the sportswear giant’s will to reduce further waste accumulating in the landfills.

Earthy colorways have been a highlight seen on previous releases and continue to takeover classic silhouettes with new textures such as the Air Max 95 “Rattan” and “Limestone” as well as the Dunk Low “Cacao Wow.”

This latest preview showcases the Air Huarache shaped up with a woven base providing ventilation and a snug fit. Overlays wrap around the shoe in smooth dark olive leather over a light gray mesh foam outfitting the tongue and ankle collar. The silhouette’s branding element is molded in neon green over a patch utilizing the company’s Grind material coinciding with the heel pull tab attached to black lateral fixtures. A creamy speckled midsole sits over a waffle-pattern outsole made with the same recycled rubber.
