FC Bayern Munich’s New Home Jersey Is a Revitalized Update on Its Classic Colors
The club welcomes a fresh rebirth to its iconic colorway.
As the football season draws to a close, FC Bayern München and adidas have unveiled the German champions’ new home kit for the 2022/23 season.
Staying in touch with the club’s classic colors of red and white, its new play on white stripe detailing has been put in place to give the jersey a modern look. Bayern and adidas have also included a white trim around the ribbed collar and sleeves, while the red shorts and socks complete the home outfit for the players as they set their sights on an eleventh successive Bundesliga title. The strip also includes cooling HEAT.RDY and mesh under the arms as well as on the collar and cuffs. Keeping things lightweight, a heat-applied club badge finishes the look.
Produced using 100% recycled materials – from recycled polyester engineered and polyester piqué – the new home kit will be worn for the first time during Bayern’s Bundesliga face-off with VfB Stuttgart on May 8 5:30pm (CEST).
