The Vandy The Pink x PANGAIA Capsule Raises Awareness for the Protection of Trees

For its latest collaboration, PANGAIA has teamed up with Vandy The Pink on a limited-edition capsule collection.

The special range serves as the next step in PANGAIA’s commitment to working with communities, artists, and changemakers that share the same values and mission as the brand. South Korean-born, Virginia-based designer, VANDY, has made a name for himself with bright and bold interpretations of sneakers and clothing styles. Vandy The Pink releases often reflect consumer culture and carry positive messages with an appreciation for thoughtfully considered garments.

The concise Vandy The Pink x PANGAIA capsule collection features the 365 Hoodie, 365 Track Pants and T-shirt. Each style is designed with raising awareness for the protection of trees. VANDY built on PANGAIA’s material philosophy of high-tech naturalism with his signature graphic sensibility. PANGAIA’s signature text block has also been replaced with a message that reads, “Trees act as the lungs of our planet. We must plant, protect, and restore them. Nurture, embrace, and bloom together with the Earth.”

Priced between $75 and $190 USD, the Vandy The Pink x PANGAIA capsule collection will be available on PANGAIA’s website as well as at Nordstrom on April 16. It is important to note, PANGAIA will be donating a portion of the proceeds to Direct Relief, a nonprofit providing medical aid to Ukraine and surrounding countries.
