Following collaborations with TOGA and UNDERCOVER, heritage bag company PORTER reconnects with the iconic Japanese cartoon, Doraemon, for a five-piece limited capsule. The upcoming collection reworks PORTER’s classic carrying options, including its shoulder bag, 2Way Duffle Bag, and 2WAY Tote.

The bags are found in PORTER’s signature navy nylon twill build with black fabric patches. Metallic pieces such as the buckles and buttons are coated in white, and a carabiner with red and white accents is attached to the side with Doraemon’s gold bell clipped on. Overt references to the cheerful robot raccoon are found on the exterior pocket embroidery and inner bright blue lining which sees Doraemon dressed as a porter. Other subtle details include accent stitching across the straps and bright red lining along the inner pockets.

Accompanying the bags are regular and long wallets featuring removable shoulder straps. Exteriors are found in light blue with images of series title graphics and Doraemon in black-and-white. Navy interiors arrive with multiple compartments and zippered coin storage to complete the design.

Look for the full Doraemon x PORTER collection to arrive on April 28 at the PORTER online store and select retailers. Price range from ¥24,200 JPY for the wallet to ¥36,300 JPY for the 2Way Tote Bag (approximately $189 to $284 USD).
