FKA twigs Rides Atop a Car in New “Honda” Music Video
Adding to the roster of ‘Caprisongs’ visuals.
FKA twigs has released a music video for “Honda,” which appears on her January 2022 mixtape, Caprisongs. Directed by Aidan Zamiri, the new video pairs FKA twigs’ artistic aesthetic with the song’s high-energy cadence.
Clocking in at just under a minute and a half, the short and sweet visual showcases the English singer-songwriter riding atop a speeding car against vivid blue skies. As her blond layered tresses blow through the wind, the video also cycles through frames of other vehicles, passing buildings and the sun. “Wonder boy, wonder boy / Interplay in my vicinity, we are the synergy, yeah / I-I see the way that you walk in the center, the center / Is King Salieu makin’ way” sings FKA while gazing into the camera.
The “Honda” music video is just the latest in a lineup of visuals FKA twigs has released for her latest mixtape. Last week, she dropped the music video for “Oh My Love” and has also released visuals for “Meta Angel,” “Jealousy” (ft. Rema) and “Papi Bones” (ft. Shygirl).
