Carhartt WIP has revealed its Spring/Summer 2022 collection. This series, titled “City Wander,” arrives in subdued tones for the warmer months, continuing the motif of comfort often seen throughout the brand’s collections.

Creative production company Thousand Inc., which is also the publisher for Silvermag Japan worked alongside Carhartt WIP for the upcoming collection. The series takes inspiration from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo streets, combining urban elements to the industrial atmosphere. This season, Carhartt focuses on practicality and durability, while also maintaining a laidback aesthetic. The collection features oversized branded crewneck sweaters, its iconic work vest in a grey-green color tone, chore jackets in a classic navy blue and a collared windbreaker jacket in tan. The lookbook has styled outfits with a series of layering techniques, reminiscent of the Japanese street style aesthetic.

Classic coach jackets, sweaters, shirts, t-shirts and twill pants arrive in various colors in a muted palette. The series is now available online at Carhartt WIP and on HBX.

Elsewhere in fashion, Warren Lotas has teamed up with Mitchell & Ness for an NFL 2022 Draft capsule.
