Bulova Enters The Metaverse With Pair of D-CAVE Computron LED Watches
Including a special edition which can only be purchased with an NFT twin.

Bulova has collaborated with ‘lifestyle metaverse marketplace’, D-CAVE, to give its most iconic digital watch, a Web 3.0 makeover.
Two new takes on Bulova’s Computron LED have been created “by adding visual concepts inspired by the gaming world,” including a special edition that will only be available “with a purchase of an NFT.”
The main style is available direct from Bulova and becomes the first time the brand has accepted cryptocurrency alongside traditional currencies.
The Special Edition, along with its NFT, is available to pre-order now on D-CAVE with orders opening on March 24. A dedicated D-CAVE x Bulova space has been created on Decentraland, where owners of the NFT will be able to equip their avatar with a wearable version.
“We are very excited to have the opportunity to work on an iconic item like Bulova’s Computron and re-interpret it in a futuristic way, bridging the original physical item to its new virtual version,” says Stefano Rosso, founder and CEO of D-CAVE. “Metaverse is not a trend, it is a new way of living. Our physical life is and will be more and more integrated with our digital life. And as in real life we want to express who we are also through the brands we love, the same will happen in the metaverse.”
The standard edition, priced £299 GBP (approximately $390 USD), features a black ion-plated stainless steel case with luminous green accents, green LED display and a black silicone strap with three-piece buckle.
The special edition (£399 GBP) shows off its interior with a mineral glass top and acid-etched sidewall detail inspired by gaming PCs and features a stainless steel bracelet.
