Nike Dunk Low With Ocean-Inspired Leather Overlays Surfaces
Tongue tags also mimic the aesthetic of an ocean floor.
There’s been such a high volume of Dunks that have trickled out to the market in recent years that there may be times when you might think you’ve seen the silhouette crafted in every possible color palette. However, you can leave it to Nike to show off its creativity and bring fresh concepts to the table, and this upcoming Dunk Low with ocean-inspired overlays is a testament to that.
Base layers still come fashioned with leather materials, but the overlays have been uniquely modified with textures that resemble a water current. This component, along with the laces and interior lining are all done up in a deep teal hue and come positioned next to perforated toe boxes, quarters, mesh tongues and collars that are styled in all-white. Tongues also play into this water-influenced motif as they are dressed with pool-like patterns, and the outsoles are fashioned with bright blue and white all-over patterns that may resemble ocean water and foam.
