A Kind of Guise Returns to Colombia For Second Seasonal Installment
Introducing some exclusive, in-house developed fabrics.
Fresh from the launch of its new vegan jacket made from recycled grapes, Munich-based label A Kind of Guise returns with the second installment of its Spring/Summer 2022 collection.
A continuation of last month’s first seasonal release, part two sees the label introduce outerwear and long-sleeved pieces which have been realized with textured fabrics and vibrant colors to match this season’s country of inspiration: Colombia.
Stand-out garments include an expedition-inspired Tamales Jacket in “Golden Sepia” which is made with a Flammé yarn woven fabric, as well as a Kohaku Cardigan which has been crafted with waffle fabric made from finest Austrian cotton.
The jacquard which featured in the first drop has been developed further with a traditional Italian weaver resulting in a second variation in warm earthy tones, which has been paired with a soft goatskin suede for vintage-inspired Juan Jacket.
Drop two from the brand’s SS22 collection is set to drop at 8pm CET on February 24 and will be available from the A Kind of Guise webstore.
In other news, OAMC has introduced its upcycled Re:Work collection for SS22.
