In its 46 years of business, BEAMS has served as a pioneer of lifestyle retail, starting in Japan and expanding its reach worldwide. Its numerous labels, collaborations and projects have presented a Japanese touch spanning industries from footwear to design to fashion and more.

As the brand continues to curate products for daily life, it has now connected with protective case specialist Pelican for a Bespoke 1535 Air Carry-On Case. The case emphasizes lightness while ensuring proper impact resistance. Appearing in a militaristic “Four Leaf Clover” color, the durable unit is IP67 rated for waterproof and dustproof standards. Automatic air pressure equalization ensures that interior pressure is balanced while also backing its waterproofness. A co-branded tag appears on the exterior alongside quiet stainless steel wheels, a business card holder and a retractable extension trolley handle.

The reservation window for this BEAMS x Pelican Bespoke 1535 Air Carry-On Case has opened via BEAMS with an estimated delivery date of late February 2023. It’s priced at ¥69,300 JPY (approx. $516 USD) and is backed by a limited lifetime warranty.
