Travis Scott and Skepta to Headline Mirror Mirror Festival Honoring Virgil Abloh
The first-ever Mirror Mirror festival celebrates Abloh’s appreciation for music, art and design.
Virgil Abloh Securitities, founded by the late Virgil Abloh and now managed by his wife Shannon Abloh, has announced a one-day festival to honor the designer’s legacy.
The Mirror Mirror Festival is slated to see hip-hop artists Travis Scott and Skepta headline, along with performances from Yves Tumor, Pedro, Venus X, Bambii, Rampa, Acyde, and Benji B. The event will take place at the FPL Solar Amphitheater at Bayfront Park in Miami, Florida at the beginning of December. Shannon Abloh, Virgil Abloh Securities CEO and Managing Director said,
“Virgil had the ability to bring everyone together to create magic.
With his close collaborators, we wanted to bring everyone together to celebrate Virgil–his legacy, his passion, and his care for others. He believed his real work was championing others and we will continue his work supporting youth in the arts with the launch of the Virgil Abloh Foundation in 2023.”
Virgil was a multidisciplinary artist and has been regarded as one of the most influential fashion designers. He wore many hats, including Louis Vuitton’s artistic director of menswear, founder of Off-White and the occasional DJ. He directed several music videos and designed many album covers.
Mirror Mirror Festival tickets go on sale starting November 23 starting at 10 a.m. ET. Limited number of VIP tickets will be released and VIP ticket holders will have access to special seats and receive limited-edition VIP festival merch in advance of the festival. The festival is on December 3.
