Rich Brian and $NOT Hit The Range in "VIVID" MV
Releasing ahead of Head in the Clouds Jakarta.
Following the release of his single with Yung Gravy and bbn0$, Rich Brian is back with a self-directed music video for his track “VIVID” featuring $NOT.
Heading to the driving range at night, Rich Brian is seen swinging away at frown-faced golf balls as he reminisces on the mixed feelings he has about a past relationship, taking jabs while treasuring the memories. Joining him is $NOT who’s hooded up as usual with RC Car shots continuing to deliver his signature motorsport visuals. With scenes of a gun-toting mystery man and Rich Brian surrounded by a circle of golden lucky cats, the track is as carefree as it is somber.
“This song was the result of this one week I started listening to Musiq Soulchild & thought to myself what if there’s hard ass 808’s on this and turns out it sounds pretty good,” says Rich Brian.
Having made history as the first Indonesian artist to solo headline a set at Coachella earlier this year, Rich Brian is set to head back to Asia for headlining performances at the Head in the Clouds festivals in his hometown of Jakarta as well as the Philippines alongside other 88Rising mainstays such as Joji and Niki.
