Hit the Slopes With Louis Vuitton's LV Trainer Snow Boot
The tactical pair retails for $1,920 USD.
Virgil Abloh‘s impact on
Served up in a tactical black colorway or a nautical “Marine” take, we find the LV Flower Monogram taking center stage across the boot’s entirety as it decorates the hard-wearing nylon construction. Elsewhere, rubberized panels are strategically placed on areas prone to high impacts, such as the lateral-side mids, while LV Trainer traditions like the lateral front-quarter vent remain in place.
Rope laces thread through metal triangular eyelets and technical hook-links, before a stopper toggle on the laces is added to make it easier to adjust the boot and secure them on your foot. Other elements designed to aid in snowy escapes include a technical mesh inner lining and webbing strap on the elongated tongue, and a sturdier, heavier sole unit that’s been equipped with grippy studs on the toe bumper. However, LV touches appear as expected on the heel and midsole.
