LEGO Launches Auspicious "Money Tree" Ahead of Lunar New Year
Featuring tangerine, red envelope, and coin attachments.

After special holiday installations for Louis Vuitton were revealed courtesy of the master builders at LEGO Certified Professionals, LEGO now unveils a “Money Tree” holiday offering for the Lunar New Year celebrations this upcoming January.
Standing six inches high, the Money Tree model is adorned with 20 tangerines, which are thought to bring good luck, as well as 10 ancient-style gold coins and 14 red pockets adorned with lion dance graphics. Below is a bright red planter with subtle flower details. The money trees are thought to bring both good fortune and prosperity to the owner, and are most often delivered as housewarming presents during Lunar New Year celebrations. LEGO’s latest creations come following its other immortalized plant models including orchids, succulents, and flowers.
Take a closer look at the Money Tree model above and look for the model to release globally on December 25 via LEGO’s website and retail locations.
