Nike Dresses Its Air Max Plus TN in ”Black/Turquoise”
Featuring black leather tongues and mudguards.
Nike’s Air Max Plus TN silhouette appears to be a blank canvas for extreme experimentation. And while the silhouette has minimalist styles — such as the triple black colorway — the sneaker also loves to steal the headlines with vibrant designs, color combinations, and collaborations alike. For example, in 2020, Nike teamed up with Supreme to present a Fall/Winter collaboration that featured three colorways with mesh uppers and custom “SUPREME” logos. However, now, Nike’s latest TN iteration comes in a “Black/Turquoise” colorway and it looks to bring an upbeat energy to the winter season.
Overall, the sneaker features a mesh upper that bears a gridded pattern and rounded off with signature clear wavy TPU caging overlay across the plastic toe cap. Additionally, the shoe features splashes of turquoise throughout, while the black leather tongues and mudguards break up the vibrant accents. Finishing off the design, the shoe features a black rubber outsole that hosts distinct Air Max cushioning.
