The Nike Dunk Low "Kentucky" and "Syracuse" Are Restocking

While Nike and the Dunk line have transcended the model’s peak popularity in recent years, its history as an essential Nike sneaker is rich. Celebrating this, the Swoosh equipped the Dunk Low in two looks inspired by 1985’s “Be True to Your School” pack. Referencing the color palettes of the University of Kentucky and Syracuse University, Nike released the two colorways in 2020. Now, for those not looking to spend over triple the original retail value for a new pair from 2020, Nike is re-releasing the looks.

Both colorways feature the typical Dunk Low build of an all-leather upper supported by a stitched sole unit. The uppers begin with a white base and prominently carry each university’s signature color on the overlays and Swooshes. For the “Kentucky” version, a “Wildcat Blue” is used while the “Syracuse” edition favors “Syracuse Orange.” These colors are also featured at the laces, tongue branding, heel and rubber outsole.

The return of the Nike Dunk Low “Kentucky” and “Syracuse” is scheduled for November 1 via Nike at a price of $110 USD.
