Official Look at the Nike Air Max 1 "Somos Familia"
In celebration of Latin Heritage Month.
Nike is celebrating Latin Heritage Month with the release of its “Somos Familia” collection. So far, the company has released the official images for the special edition Air Max 1.
The shoe comes dressed in a mixture of strikingly vibrant Orange and Pale Vanilla tones. This offering sees the Nike Air Max 1 constructed in a mixture of materials including burlap textile and suede materials, elevating the classic make of the shoe. The sneaker is detailed with embossed motifs resembling that of a sun, all around the mudguard panel. A butterfly is seen embroidered on the heels, while the shoe sits atop a semi-translucent Gum rubber sole. Additional “Somos Familia” branding is seen on the insole. The shoe is also slated to arrive in special packaging.
