Following the release of its travel-friendly Fall/Winter 2022 Uniqlo U collection, LEMAIRE now presents the first drop of its polished FW22 mainline range. The label keeps heavy layering at the fore while introducing a premium approach to effortless staples.
Promoting earthy tones of “Russet Brown,” “Ash Black,” “Pewter Green,” and more, soft alpaca wool jumps from calf-length coats decorated with linear button detailing to classic lapelled variations enhanced with tonal patterns. Available for both men and women, clay-colored workwear jackets accompany cotton dress shirts adorned with boxy pockets and contrasting button decor. The latter is displayed in a cozy “Hazelnut” hue, reflected on Chesterfield overcoats and matching pinched-seamed trousers for a chromatic look. Oversized puffer jackets are designed with high-neck frames and asymmetrical closures, while fuzzy caban wool is blasted on diverse hunting jackets and belted outerwear.
Unisex styles are approached through three-part layering practices, from loose cardigans to single-breasted blazers set atop protective undershirts. Unexpected denim sets its mark across the collection, fashioned through faded workwear and LEMAIRE’s essential twisted bottoms. A dash of color pops through flannel pyjama tops, presenting rich blue tones set against warm browns ideal for the fall period. Finally, a single leather bomber jacket brings the seasonal batch to a close, crafted with an elastic perimeter for a perfect fit.
