The adidas Crazy 8 pair that Kobe Bryant wore in his first NBA All-Star Game is up for auction over at PWCC Marketplace.

The shoe features black uppers and white design features on both the midsole and panel, while hits of purple to honor the Los Angeles Lakers can be found on the adidas tongue tag, its tab and the heel tab and gold lands on the adidas ankle logo and three stripes heel insignia. In addition to the special Lakers colors, Kobe’s jersey No. 8 is stitched into the base of the tongue to honor the game, as he became the third player in NBA history to hold a bench role during the season and get elected as an All-Star starter.

The 1998 NBA All-Star Game marked the late basketball star’s first of 18 All-Star appearances, leading him to tie the record for most All-Star MVP honors at four. The game also served as a matchup between Michael Jordan, who was rumored to retire after that season, and Kobe, thrilling basketball fans as they watched one of the most historic NBA All-Star Games of all time.

Kobe’s game-worn adidas Crazy 8 shoes is available for bidding now on the PWCC Marketplace website.

Elsewhere in footwear, adidas honors six football clubs with thematic Sambas.
